Setting near to the beach. We spent some time at The Tavern Bar, they offer drinks and are within a close distance from the apartment. There was a bidet in the private bathroom...

As guests with disabilities, we were impressed with the kindness and helpfulness of the staff, especially Mr. Remon. The resort had four clean pools and was conveniently located near a supermarket, Naama Bay, and the beach. We also appreciated the presence of public transportation right in front of the resort. The WiFi was reliable, and when we requested more towels and assistance with arranging trips to Ras Mohammed and Dahab, Remon promptly took care of it for us. we had a fantastic experience and will definitely be returning.

Felt like being at our own home, absolutely no complaints whatsoever.

The beds at Juliee House.Criss Resort-Naama Bay were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Additionally, the pool view from our room added a nice touch to our stay.

During our time at the resort, we discovered that the entrance is currently under construction. However, this did not significantly impact our experience.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests we had. The location was convenient, with easy access to the city center and various attractions. We also appreciated the clean and comfortable rooms, as well as the fast WiFi.

There were some areas that could be improved upon. The maintenance culture of the property needs attention, particularly with regard to the cooker and oven.
